820-00165 don´t turn off

Hi everyone, I have a 2017 MacBook Air with corrosion on the U6101 chip. The machine wouldn't turn on. I replaced the affected component and it turned on. Everything is normal, except that when I turn it off, it doesn't turn off completely. The system shuts down, the screen turns off, but the fan keeps spinning.
The same thing happens when I restart the system. I performed a fresh installation on another disk, thinking the problem was the operating system, but the result was the same.
I also noticed that when I turn on the machine, it takes approximately 25 seconds to boot.

I also performed PRAM, but nothing.
I need your help, please.

Thanks for responding. I honestly don't know.

But I replaced the EFI chip and the problem was solved. Now everything works normally.

Replaced from other board?
Then you will have weird issues in the future, as it has dirty ME region now.

What I did after soldering the chip was install macOS Monterrey. Previously, the chip was installed on a motherboard with that operating system. After the installation, there were no region issues, and I even installed the latest updates without any problems.
