Hi, happy new year,
i have a problem with this board, liquid spill on this board. the fan is at full speed after apple logon, the mac start on the system.
i have already change J9500 very damage, smc is very clean.
i put a screen about hw monitor, i have PECI SA at 0 or heatpipe2 & heatpipe outgoing air at 128?c.
i compare by another it's not normal but i don't know where can i find the component who make that.

Try again disconnecting webcam.
If still the same, try known good LIO board/flex and trackpad board/flex.

sorry for the long reply.
i have try to change all flex and trackpad/battery, i have always the same problem.
The mac is very very slow.
i look the board seems clean but something it's wrong on this board.

Check all thermal sensors at page 44; traces continuity, resistors, corrosion...
