820-00165 Fan Spins No Chime USB Mouse Blinking

[Mac Repairs]

This is a liquid dmaged only in U1900 area. Replaced U1900 and fan spins chimed and USB light presents.
When the board keep or couple of minutes and turn on again fan spins no chime usb mouse light blinking.
bios area is fine and replced the bios with new reprogrammed bios.

What I released even when you heat a tiny bit near bios and U1900 area chime and light on the usb. again when the board cool down same situation.
Check all the resistors traces and replaced U6101 , C6101 still no luck.

Any advice greatly appricaite.

Heat reaction points to accumulated crap underneath PCH/CPU.
Use quality flux and heat untill 180-200 degrees.
