All voltages present, clock chip replaced, no light on USB mouse. Even tried different BIOS, but nothing changed. No liquid damage, it just stopped working.

Yes, all of them are present.
None of USB ports works?
Try MLB without LIO flex connected; no trackpad, nor other perypheral.
PLT_RESET_L goes high?

Nope, non of the USB ports work. This was tested without anything connected.
PLT_RESET_L = 3.3v.
PLT_RESET_L = 3.3v.
Check if PLT_RST_BUF_L is high too.
Also check if you get correct voltage on all the L/C blocks near CPU (PCH corner).
