have 820-00165 when i plug in the Power cord green light and full blast fan comes up,
no post, no heat on CPU

Trackpad board/flex first to try on this issue.
Also try disconnecting webcam.
If still the same, try known good LIO flex/board too.
If no result, run HWMonitor, or start in diagnostic mode.
