820-00165 left usb not working

Please I need help here guys.. 820-00165 left USB not working , there?s power but no data. I have replaced the I/O BOARD AND CABLE , the right USB works fine?I also replaced D9510, D9511, D9520, and D9521 but still no changes , Any ideas please

Inspect LIO connector on MLB.
Check diode mode readings on its USB data lines, including XDP_USB_EXTB_OC_L.
Check R1580-83 resistors.
Also post voltage for XDP_USB_EXTB_OC_L, with and w/o any USB device connected.

Bad R5181, or what?
Is the overcurrent signal from USB power port to PCH.
If goes low, PCH disables that port.
