820-00165 light on charge, no fan spin

No liquid damage - light on charger, no fan spin.

PP5V_S4RS3 missing.

Got connection between R6110 and test pad SPI_CS0_L.
All resistors around BIOS chip looks fine and got correct resistance - all connections are OK as well. No water/corrosion.

U8130 are look good.
R8133 is OK

3V3_S5 - 3.3V
3V3_SUS - 3.33V
PM_BATLOW_L - 3.33V
PM_DSW_PWRGD - 3.42V
PCH_DSWVRMEN - 2.98V
PM_RSMRST_L - 3.28V
PM_PWRBTN_L - 3.41V

Any idea?

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L.

Be sure no short to ground at L7520, nor other coil.

PM_PWRBTN_L drop from 3.41 to 0.33V, still no fan spin

Check for pulse at PM_SLP_S4/3_L, at same time.

PM_SLP_S4_L there is pulse from 0V to 1.4-2.2V
PM_SLP_S3_L there is pulse from 0V to 1.2-2V

Those pulses are not there every time when I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L

When you get pulse there, corresponding S3 and S0 voltages should pulse too.
Also check ALL_SYS_PWRGD, at same time.
