820-00165 light on charge, no fan spin

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L.

Be sure no short to ground at L7520, nor other coil.

PM_PWRBTN_L drop from 3.41 to 0.33V, still no fan spin

Check for pulse at PM_SLP_S4/3_L, at same time.

PM_SLP_S4_L there is pulse from 0V to 1.4-2.2V
PM_SLP_S3_L there is pulse from 0V to 1.2-2V

Those pulses are not there every time when I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L

When you get pulse there, corresponding S3 and S0 voltages should pulse too.
Also check ALL_SYS_PWRGD, at same time.
