820-00165 missing PM_SLP_S4_L

Hi ive got a 820-00165 board thats missing PM_SLP_S4_L but im struggling to see what creates that rail as far as i can tell im left with cpu or smc , so ive changed the smc and still the same , Diode mode reading is 495 so im sure its not a short , does this mean dead cpu or am i looking in the wrong place ?

Do you get 3v3_S5/SUS?

Post SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_BATLOW_L, PM_RSMRST_L, PM_PWRBTN_L and the 4 PCH's RTC signals.

Hi yes 3v3_S5/sus is 3.3v
SMC_ADAPTER_EN= 3.4v , PM_DSW_PWRGD = 3.4V , PM_BATLOW_L = 3.3v , PM_RSMRST_L = 2.6V , PM_PWRBTN_L = 3.4V , i can only find 3 RTC signals they are PPVOUT_SO_PCH_DCPRTC = 1.65V , PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3V , RTC_RESET_L = 3.3V

You've found one RTC signal only.
No other signals appear near RTC_RESET_L in RTC block marked inside PCH???
However, the 4 should be good, if you get 3V3_SUS.

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (at same time).
