This customer attempted a battery replacement themselves. They damaged J4800 so I needed to replace it. Once I got it soldered to the board, I noticed the pads from PIN 8 and 12 were loose from the board. I'm looking at the boardview and I don't really see a good way to jump these two pins. How would you do it?

Use tiny enameled copper wire.
I prefer 0.03mm for such kind of job.
Once done, fix the wires with UV curing glue.
