820-00165 no backlight

Arrived powering on but no image or backlight heavy liquid damage in LCD connector area. Replaced everything but still no backlight. Screen is recognized at 3.3V

U7701 also replaced but missing EDP_BKLT_PWM which comes fron CPU. Does this confirm dead CPU or PCH??

Do you get flashing bootable USB few times only when turns on?
If board really boots, you should have continous flashing...
