820-00165 no boot

i have a 820-00165 board liquid damage originally no backlight replaced lcd connector was in bad shape backlight works didnt boot into mac os got stuck around half way. Tried clean me bios same thing boots into windows smc bypass no change safe mode dosent boot into mac os.
Could this still be bios or cpu/ram

Start in diagnostic mode, see if you get a report.

How did you clean ME region?
Try full known good BIOS; clean ME too.

Nothing from diagnostics
Copied over original bios ME and reporgrammed
Do i look for a bios i have that works and clean me the same way and program onto this one or should a file from the forum work and clean me on that

It seems that the harddrive i was using was not compatible with this machine and the usb i had had a broken pin this is fixed thanks for the help
