820 00165 no display

history:
no power due to liquid spill damage ( milk )
smc replaced, worked for three months

now, the unit has no display, no chime, caps lock does not turn on so I guess its not backlight issue
ssd works on other units
holding alt key does not show boot options

cpuvr_phase1 & 2 = 1.697v


tried reflashing bios but the same issue

please help on where to check next

Corrosion in other part of the board.
Didn't properly eliminate first time, and some component (maybe resistor) got damaged in time.
Can also be a broken trace.

Sometime leakage can appear between GPU balls.
Heat CPU with quality flux.
No need to melt the balls, just to burn eventually accumulated crap.
