820-00165 no image

hi i have an 820-00165 with no image on screen , board had liquid damge,repaired the board to turn on but now no image. on L8304 i get 0v, on pin 1 of u8300 (edp_panel_pwr) i get 0v , dosnt seam to be a short reads 0.619 in diode mode, edp_panel_pwr looks like it comes straight from cpu ??? is that right and if it is then is the board screwed ????

Do you get a light on a USB mouse?

Confirm USB actvity first.
If not present, then your problem is not only video.

Disconnect LIO flex and check onboard USB port.
Better ty USB OSX with Link LED.

yes get a light on a usb mouse and have cpu vcore

You must get 3V3 at L8304 in the first few seconds, even without LCD connected.
DP_INT_HPD should go high at same time; if screen connected, of course.

Probably still corrosion somewhere close to LCD connector, backlight circuit, or CPU.

nope nothing at l8304 on startup , get a steady 10mv at DP_INT_HPD with screen connected
