820-00165 no power - liquid damaged

This board was taken somewhere else for repair, looks like they cleaned it but no board repair was done, i have tested power aliases to see, but im stuck here, also test short to ground on missing power aliases and got no shorts, did not do ohms to ground, ( i know i should have not posted S4, S3 AND S0 if S5 was missing, but i have a template written out to help me remember all power aliases to look at on each board,)

need some help here, any help is appreciated where to go from here.

Post PM_RSMRST_L, PM_PWRBTN_L, PM_BATLOW_L, PM_DSW_PWRGD. PCH_DSWVRMEN.
Also check all 4 PCH's RTC signals; page 12, U0500 (SYM 5 OF 19).

If missing, check R8141.
If present, SMC issue.

Also check SMC_S5_PWRGD_VIN and R5192.
