So I have an 820-00165 that has PP3V42, PPBUS but no fan spin. I can see stuff under SMC but no signs of liquid damage even though customer bought it as such. I get 0.4 ohms to GND on PPVC_S0_CPU via L7320. Is it safe to assume dead CPU, or are there other things I can check? I don’t run into these very often. Also, someone has definitely been in this computer cause the tab one the end of cpu heat sink is gone as well as the rubber gasket.
