820-00165 no sound

This arrived with no sound. Tried known good speakers, IO board, and cable with no change. OS recognizes audio and allows speakers to be turned up and down.

PP1V5_SOSW_AUDIO 1.5V

HDA_RST_L 1.5V

Any ideas what should be checked next?

Just in case, tested with another speaker?

Headphone sound works. Tried another speaker but still no sound

Check SPKRAMP_SHDN_L; compare its level with working board.
