820-00165 No video

Working on a 820-00165 and cant figure out why im not getting video.

No sign of waterdamage, clean and nice

Starts up but no chime and no video

Backlight working and test with mouse lights up.

SMC_LID 3.4v
EDP_PANEL_PWR 3.3v
PPVCC_S0_CPU 1.8v
P3V3_S0SW_LCD 3.28v

Tried known good screen? Tried unplugging the SSD to see if you get a ? Folder?

Also try external video.
Disconnect LIO flex and test USB OSX with LED Link on MLB USB port (internal SSD removed).
Try known good and compatible screen for this model too.
Use correct Magsafe 2 charger.

Of coarse I tried known good screen and without ssd, always use correct charger.

No video on external screen but lights up

So still no video

Can you confirm 100% USB activity?

tested with my external drive and dont seems to read from it. just lights up not flashing as it should when it reads. An on psu the amps very stable at about 0.616 amp.

its not no video it seems it wont start up as it should

tried one I found with clean me but no change but with the difference bklt dont start
