820-00165 no water damage. No light on MG, no fan spin, all coils 0V

Hi there,

no water damage. No light on MG (1 out of 10 i get orange light that fades out), no fan spin, all coils 0V. Tested with good working io board and cable.
Please advice how to proceed.

Post PPBUS_G3H and 3V42_G3H.
If no voltage, post diode mode too.

Keep connected only DC cable, leave out LIO flex.

No voltage on both PPBUS_G3H and 3V42_G3H. without LIO flex only with DC cable.
PPBUS_G3H - 137 in diode mode
3V42_G3H - 328 in diode mode

Now post PPDCIN_G3H.
If no voltage, post exact R7012 value; measured onboard, ohm scale.
Check if D7012 is not open, or shorted.
