820-00165 Not posting

Have 820-00165 that would power up, and then go off in less than a minute , then comes back on again and stay on . Does not chime and does nor post. I vet cpu vcore. Please where do I go from here . Thanks in advance

Try new full BIOS.

I have tried a new bios but no changes, the board was a NO POWER C 76601 was a bit corroded, so I replaced it and the machines powers on

Do you mean C7601?
Post diode mode reading at L7630.
Try to start in SMC bypass.

yes , C7601. and diode mode on L7630 is 0.375

Possibly corrosion under PCH/CPU, or SMC.
Start reballing SMC.
Heat PCH/CPU with quality flux, if still the same.

okay , doing that now
