Hi,
This is 820-00165 orange light not turning on.
Liquet damgeged around bios ( attached the picture)

Check all components and traces on the affected areas.
Clean/remove J6100.
Don't forget to check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.
Remove Q8150, is a redundant protection.

Test if starts in SMC bypass mode.
Also try known good BIOS, just in case.

Check resistors value and continuity, as per schematic.
Replace any bad resistor.
