820-00165 overheating

hola buenos tardes....estoy trabajando en un macbook air 820-00165 2017 con sobre calentamiento..el mac funciona correctamente salvo cuando se instala sistema operativo... el ordenador se apaga a mitad de instalacion muy caliente....he echo alguna prueva .....si arranco pulsando D la diagnosis no muestra ningun error.....he podido instalar el sistema correctamente solo con cargador original "sin bateria" he probado a instalarlo con distintas baterias pero con todas se sobre calienta.. he notado que el ventilador siempre esta a bajas revoluciones ....no aumenta las revoluciones a pesar de calentarse el micro......cuando se reinicio despues de apagarse sale en la pantalla una pantalla de error de kernel....alguna idea de por donde empezar

I am working on a macbook air 820-00165 2017 with overheating ... the mac works correctly except when the operating system is installed ... the computer shuts down midway through the installation very hot .... I have I do some tests ..... if I start by pressing D the diagnosis does not show any error ..... I have been able to install the system correctly only with the original charger "without battery" I have tried to install it with different batteries but with all of them it overheats .. I have noticed that the fan is always at low revs .... it does not increase the revs despite heating the micro ...... when it restarts after turning off a kernel error screen appears on the screen .. ... any idea where to start

The board doesn't overheat without battery?
If you already installed macOS, run HWMonitor and check if shows some strange values for temp and current sensors; running with both charger and battery connected.

yess...dont overheat without battery and install osx correct.....install hwmonitor and istat .... in hwmonitor there are three strange values..heatpipe 2, heatpipe incoming air and heatpipe out going air , all 3 mark 130 º

i install osx high Sierra without battery...when finish I plug in the battery and boot up the system....I load the hwmonitor...with battery installed and magsafe connected... now the fan is spinning 5100 rpm....I can see that air flow temperature is very high 128

Airflow sensor is not relevant for this board.
Did you note the value for Battery current???

Check resistance between pins 17/18 of U7100, and voltage value for CHGR_BMON and SMC_BMON_ISENSE.

resistance between pins 17/18 3.3 ohm
SMC_BMON_ISENSE 0.052 V "with charger and battery connected "..... 0.071 v only with charger
CHGR_BMON 0.050 V "with charger and battery connected ".......0.069 v only with charger
PPBUS_G3H 8.50V only with battery .....8.56v with battery and charger

another notice.....when i do a pram the macbook install osx and boot correctly..

but after a while using it it turns off again due to overheating

You've got 252A for battery current; doesn't mean anything for you???

Reball SMC, may be broken solder/trace on that sensor line.
