820-00165 PM_SLP_S5_L and PM_SLP_S4_L Pulsing

Clean board, already had the SMC and U7100 replaced, I checked for shorts on all power rails from page 100 and all of them are good.

Following the G3 to S3 Power Sequence ALL voltages are correct and present until I get to PM_SLP_S5_L and PM_SLP_S4_L both are pulsing.

When I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L I do get a pulse on PM_PWRBTN_L but when I do the same PM_SLP_S5_L and PM_SLP_S4_L don't do nothing and all they do is pulse.

L7520 and other S3 voltages should pulse too; at same time with PM_SLP_S4_L.
Didn't note any pulse at PM_SLP_S3_L for sure?

Sorry PM_SLP_S3_L and L7520 pulses too.

U7501 was replaced as well.

If no pulse at all at L7310/20, check U1950; pulsing pins 3, 5, 6, 7?

U1950 Pins 3, 5, 6, 7 are pulsing, I replaced U1950 just in case but same thing.

Any pulse at PLT_RESET_L?

Then you have the (in)famous 5s pulsing problem?
Check all voltages from page 11; pay atention to series resistors and coils.
