820-00165 random crashes

got this macbook air

client told sometimes it turns off

used an new known good battery and original 85w charger same problem.
i could force the problem by stzarting "heaven" just bevor the animation starts it turns off, every time

I found in the forum and on my board L1270, L1295, L1275 and L1290 with cracked edges, replaced all of them

not the mba turns off in the beginning, during loading of osx or start the "heaven"

just now no idea, any help or suggestion possible?

Probably iGPU issue.
Check what happens starting in safe mode.
Also test in SMC bypass mode.

started in safe mode is coming up
starting heaven i get a black screen with only visible and movable cursor

by clicking trackpad button the screen is flashing white

it sounds perhaps a bit crazy but if i unplug the batterie the problem is still there.

but if i plug in a thunderbolt lan adapter with lan cable the problem seems to be solved (without akku)

without akku and without adapter the problem is still there
with akku and with adapter problem is there
without akku and with adapter problem seems top be gone

Never faced such problem.

Did you test with USB macOS?
Try known good BIOS, just in case.

yes, test with own known good ssd via USB macOS, could u post me a clear me bios?

found missing component R3702 insert it but still no change.

found another C1088 but want to take from another board, there was nothing as well.
tomorow i will replace it but i have no hope that this c could change something
