Liquid damage on big caps PPBUS_S5HS_COMPUTING_ISNS - no of them are short.

Got light on charger and short on PPVCC_S0_CPU?

PPVCC_S0_CPU:
24 Ohms resistance to ground
0.015V diade mode

Any hope?

There is no short, just low value; and is normal for VCORE.

Post some basic voltages and signals from Power On Sequence.
