820-00165 shows battery icon and shuts down

Hi, board enter with no power problem, problem was SMC, so I order some donor boards, and change the SMC.

Now board turns on, fan spins, after a few seconds shows the battery icon, with the lightning below the battery and then shuts down.
In the power supply it shows consuming 0.45A at 19V, this is with or without battery connected, and after the battery icon is shown for a few seconds voltage goes to 0.02A.

Very frustrated, just hoping I'm overlooking something dumb, any clues?

19V for MacBook Air?
If you work with lab PSU, at least set the correct voltage.
Read voltage specification from MacBook chargers and take note about the 3 versions.
Don't use more than 15-16V for an Air.

I recommend to use original chargers in repair process.
Lab PSU is needed in special cases; when orignal charger gets blocked by leakage detected, for example.

Check if your board charges the battery.
What is the exact PPBUS_G3H voltage?

Yeah, my bad I forgot to change it after last work.

PPBUS_G3H is 8.16V, was 8.56V before changing the SMC.
Will try another SMC and check ISL.

Thank you.
