820-00165 shutsdown near the end of loading OS

Board had corrosion under U3540 and U7870 that got fixed fine, now board turns on, while loading the OS the bar gets to about 80% then disappears a few seconds later image is gone and board stays at around 0.100a for about 10 seconds then board shuts down.

I have tried clean ME BIOS, ultrasonic board but no luck.

So you can get logged in to macOS in safe mode, but turns off in short time?
Or turns off only when you try to access any application?

Try without airport card connected too.
