Ooops, iStat reports the same voltage for DCIN and PBus; higher than normal for an Air also.
Impossible, as you have 8.57V at PPBUS_G3H.
Something strange, it also reports 6.16A for BMON Discrete and you have only 1.8mV (not around 3V).

Use HWMonitor and yes, connect battery and 45/60W charger.

Put back the board after doing some minor cleaning....and MLB is working at normal speed now.

I downloaded HWMonitor and have a 60W charger to use, currently running Unigine test.....going to do an ultrasonic clean afterwards and re-test
