820-00165 touch pad not works after rewrite bios

820-00165 bios chip was corrupted due to corrosion after replace new bios it works fine except touch pad. It works with other working unit. Any help please.Thanks.

Did you test any, or just replace U6100 chip from other board?

I just replace the u6100 bcz my original chip was damaged.

Rewrite the bios but now i see my t/p getting too hot and this is short, mac works fine except t/p, i am wondering is there any relation with bios new programmed bcz customer said t/p works before.
