Check for USB activity; use onboard USB port.
Test the board alone on the desk; nothing else connected, apart of power cable!
Post voltage for pins 7 & 3 of U1950.
Check for corrosion at J/U6100; clean the connector, if needed.

i found on the internet a clean bios i flashed it but it not turning on

and i cleaned it and changed the serial number the same, it dont turn on.
when i swaped the bios it worked but stuck on the apple logo
