820-00165 Won't boot OSX

I have a 820-00165 here that seems to work fine in EFI however will freeze while loading the OS. This happens when booting from the SSD or from USB, replacing the SSD made no difference and the RAM has been tested with memtest and passed fine. I initially thought this might be a firmware issue so I flashed the bios with e clean ME bios image but the problem still exists

Any ideas?

Did you clean ME yourself?
What BIOS file used?

No I didn't, I have to be honest I can't remember where I actually got the image

Cleaned the ME of the original bios, macbook boots fine now, I'll clean the ME's of bios's manually form now on rather than blindly trusting ones posted online
