hello,
all work fine until i close the screen, when i open it its black screen but the keyboard light and CapsLock on, and after few second its power off.
i was put the board in full working body(to check if its from one of the parts) but the same.
so its board issue.

Did you also change LIO board/flex?
Possible issue with SMC_LID signal.
Be sure to check with original Magsafe 2 charger.

i was put just the board on different full body so yes, also good LIO.
i will check SMC_LID line.
also with just battery.

SMC_LID look good, also see that at the start up the apple logo appear just after 20sec(checked with external OS but the same)

after sleep they drain slowly to 0v

You need to work with board alone on the desk.
Use a magnet to simulate close lid.
Check BKLT_EN/PWM.

i dont think it backlight problem, the apple logo light on the back is on when i wake it up, also you can see that the backlight is on.
i notice that sometimes after 20-40sec is turn on suddenly but not all the time.
can be BIOS problem?

Backlight requires 25V on D7701 cathode...

at the first 15-20sec when i wake it up its 25v stable and i see that there is backlight, after that the backlight is off and its drains..
so if it was the backlight i was should see the picture a least at the first 15sec

YES.
just D7701 down from 25v to 7.5v until im pressing some key on keyboard.
