820-00165 would sometimes fail to turn on with a battery

hello guys , have got 820-00165 , would sometimes fail to start with the battery only , the machine will start and then go off before the screen could come on , other times the battery works great . I have replaced with another battery but still does the same thing . the machine charges the battery okay , and powers okay with the charger connected, also when the charger is removed, it remains on with the battery attached . have checked the battery SCL and SDA signal including current sensing , which are okay. would appreciate if am posted to where else I could check , thanks guys

So it always turns on with battery only, but turns off after few seconds?

No liquid damage , ( it sometimes only turns on with the battery and then turn back off , but sometimes, will not at all, however , it always turns on with the charger , and the battery is good .

Did you test with known good battery?
It always boot on original Magsafe 2 charger?
Do NOT use PSU, or adapter 1->2.

yes , I have tried a known good battery but still the same thing . It works okay with a charger connected , only issue is when I tried with the battery only

Does it charge the battery?

Post basic signals when doesn't want to turn on.

yes, it charges the battery , it works with battery and charger and also charger only

Try starting on battery only pressing power button 2-3s...
