820-00165 ( Your computer restarted because of a problem )

Hi,
i have 820-00165 mainboard
there is no liquid ,motherboard is very clean but I usually get this error "Your computer restarted because of a problem....."
I tried with a different disk, I load the operating system but it goes back to the beginning.

There should be an history about how the problem came on; ask the client for more details.

Try first an USB macOS, disconnecting internal SSD.
Do PRAM reset, just in case.

* When I looked at the CPU, I noticed that one side was a little higher.
* When I try to install on a different disk via usb it gives the same error " Your computer restarted because of a problem....."

Try known good BIOS, clean ME.
Can you run EFI ASD?
