When the device came it was freezing at the apple logo. I tried 10 different bios. I cannot install an operating system, the bar does not progress. The operating system opens with another disk, but the operating system is not installed on it and sometimes it resets. When I try with SMC bypass mod, it comes to the setup screen, the error I get is as attached. I couldn't understand a strange problem

I tried 4-5 clean me bios. And also i cant log into USB test MacOs. When I try, the bar does not progress and the device restarts. I have also observed that the CPU is overheating.

Yes, you must have at least 3 preinstalled USB macOS; in the same pendrive, or separate (better).
Try starting in diagnostic mode; let see if any error pops up.
Also try to boot disconnecting webcam and changing trackpad and LIO board/flex.

I heated the rams with solder flux and wrote back the original bios. Currently it does not give a memory error. I can come to the disk partitioning screen and start the installation, but it resets 9 minutes before the installation ends.

Could be BIOS; try to clean ME region.
Also start with Live Windows/Linux, or Hirens and test the RAM.
