If PLT_RESET_L appears after heating PCH, could be internal problem.
Is also possible, something else reacted to heat in that area.
Check SPI Bus Serie Termination resistors and their traces, as J6100 too,
You can also try known good working BIOS..

Hi thanks for your assistance. I tried good clean bios and checked all the termination resistors and tracks but still the same.
It draws 340mv for a split second then drops back to 300mv
