Lo liquid damage.
At first there was 5V and 0.45A from charger.
Found U9580 was getting hot and there was no short around that IC.
Replaced U9580 and its not getting hot anymore and board switch to 20V and wont boot.

PP2V5_NAND_SSD0 got 2.51V.

There is 20V on charger and it take up to 1A and reboot.
Cant go in to DFU.

Any idea?

Did you test with original 96/140W charger?
Test connecting known good battery also.
USB-C meter shows steady 20V or cycles too?

"There is 20V on charger and it take up to 1A and reboot."
Do you mean 0-1A on USB meter, but no black screen on it?

How can you see meter indication if ITS screen is black???
I didn't ask about laptop screen.

I want to know if ampmeter restarts itself, or just fluctuates 0-1A.
I'm not sure what mentioned "reboot" means in this case.

Sorry for misinformation.

USB meter stays at 20V and it shows some cycles from 0A up to 1A and then again from 0A up to 1A.
Cycle take around 10-15 seconds.

Trackpad is clickable but when there is drop from 1A to 0A for short time is not clickable.

Possibly damaged SSD.
Compare diode mode readings between L9080/580.

Do you get voltage on any SSD coil?

Got correct voltages on SSD coils on 2.5V, 1.8V and 0.9V rails.

Diode mode:
L9080 0.048V
L9580 0.034V
