Hi,
After updating with a clean working image Scenario1 is not occurring at all, I mean not chiming or not going to loop.
I think it's directly going to Scenario 2.
Should I put back the old bios image or I should check something else with this bios image?
Scenario1- it goes to loop with a chime sound. When it is in the loop I can see there is the backlight.
Scenario 2 - When I try to start No backlight, Slowly CPU heat increasing.

Connect a macOS installer with LED Link; can be a SSD to USB adapter.
If LED flashes, then you have USB activity.

One LED is for power ; steady light as normal.
The other one MUST flash when boots; denotes data transfer/reading.

I can hear HDD running sound, sometimes the first LED is flashing, Maybe it's trying to boot... But not happening. I have just seen an apple logo for a moment. But not the boot loading bar.

When I got a working image I have programmed the flash image, The system doesn't give a wifi selection window... Just it not booting and not going to boot recovery window

Yes I agree with you it has something to do with heat
example .....
When I power up its goes to two different scenarios
Scenario1- it goes to loop with a chime sound. When it is in the loop I can see the backlight. Just before going to loop it shows the apple logo, Apple logo shows only if i start with a pram reset or else direct loop...
Scenario 2 - When I try to start No backlight, Slowly CPU heat increasing and the fan works after some time.

Now the scenario 1 occurs only if I start when the CPU is fully cold.
If I start CPU warm condition it goes to Scenario 2...

Very strange behavior .... Apparently it's not the problem with bios
