J9600 is closed?
Any history available?

Boot USB macOS and check if detects internall SSD in Disk Utility.

Seems PP1V2_SSD_HOT line is short and when I inject 1.2v into L9330 u9300 gets hot. I guess I will start with this ic.

I replaced U9300 now PP1V2_SSD_HOT short is gone but only ssd voltages I get is
pp3v3_s5_ssd 3.3v.
STORAGE_LB_EN: 3.3V
SSD_RESET_LB_L: 3.3V
LPSR_EN_LB_L: 3.3V
SSD_BOOT_LB_L: 1.7V

I replaced U9300 again and also U9400 now getting SSD voltages.
L9320 p0v9_reg_sw = .9v
L9321 P0v9_reg_swl = .9v
L9300 p0v9_fixed_SWl = .9v
C9356 pp1v2_sd_cold = 1.2v
L9330 p1v2_hot_sw = 1.2v
C9335 p1v2_ssd_hot = 1.2v
L9340 p1v8_cold_sw0 = 1.8v
L9341 p1v8_cold_sw1 = 1.8v
storage_lb_en = 3.3v
SSD_RESET_LB_L = 3.3V
SSD_PWR_EN_LB_L = 0V
LSPR_EN_LB_L = 3.3V
SSD_BOOT_LB_L = 1.8V
C940 PPVIN_2V7_NAND_LB = 13V
C9405 PP3V3_2V7_NAND_VCC = 2.7V
R9406 PP2V7_NAND_PVCC = 5V
R9420 P2V7NAND_EN = 0V
c9401 PPVIN_2V7_NAND_LB = 13V
100MHz at PCIE_CLK100M_SSD_LB_P/N
Any ideas welcome.
Boots but doesnt show ssd even with usb installer.

"C9405 PP3V3_2V7_NAND_VCC = 2.7V
-----------------------------
R9420 P2V7NAND_EN = 0V"
This is strange, don't you think?
Enable signal is required first; and should be present, if you get 2V7 output voltage.

Possibly NAND damaged by U9300...

Sorry that was a typo. Is there anything else I can check?. Is it possible to replace the nand ?. I dont have donor for this board, possible to buy new nand?. also which ic number do you suspect?.

The NANDs from SSD have specific information.
Maybe not worth to continue with this board.
You can try to replace with chips from donor board...
