I have a liquid damaged board. 5v on usb meter U2800 and U3100 were both bad so replaced them. I now have 20v 35ma. I only have 1v on PPBUS_G3H diode reading .395.
R7021/22 were both bad so replaced .
Q7030 pin1 = 20v, pin

Exact resistance over C7020/23?
Remove F7000 and check if voltage appear at C7050.
Also test with battery connected.

C7020/23 are 2.6ohm, C7050 is jumping between .9v and 1.7v. With battery is the same.

Test with known good battery.
Check all R/C/Q7030/40.

Where else did you note liquid spillage, apart of USB-C area?
