Check ohm resistance over C7020/23.
Try starting in SMC bypass, with charger and battery connected.

when the system power on if i close the lid I noticed it doesn't wake from sleep...i checked the both hall sensor i found the both capacitor on it is burnt, I replaced the both capacitors and still doesn't wake from sleep..
Untill i did a bypass by joining pins 1&2 of U5255.

The system now work perfectly.
Now power on with battery only
