Matters WHY these components are missing now.
Any history fault available?
Someone else messed up with the board before?
Use better USB device than a mouse, to confirm (or not) the USB activity.

Was water damaged near the screen connector backlight chip and caps were removed because they didnt look so good connector is off the board as well was in very bad shape and what would i use for the usb. Laptop came in with no image on screen internal screen ended up working after replacing connector on it. No external image on board
