820-00239 no voltage on l7410/20/30

There was initially 1v on ppbus_g3h swapped out u7000 and getting s0 voltages except no voltage to l7410/20/30.

I have
PPVCC_S0_CPU 1.07v
PPVCCSA_S0_CPU 1.94v
PPVCCGT_S0_CPU 0v

ALL_SYS_PWRGD

PM_PCH_PWROK

PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK

PLT_RST_L all 3.3v. Tried god bios, still same What else to check ?

iGPU core voltage will not appear until high graphics load is detected; is the normal behavior.
CPU core should drop from 1.07V to aprox 0.6V, after 5-10s; when the board really boots.

Any history available?

Some small sign of spillage on the board .After changing u7000 board then began to power up. Currently draws .500ma 20v. no display. Cpu gets warm.

Something else affected by liquid spill.

Do you get PLT_RESET_L?
Check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and traces.

Hi yes I have PLT_RST_L all termination resistors/tracks look ok. No other obvious spillage. Any other signals to look for that would explain the 500ma 20v and no display?.
