820-00239 Not recognizing SSD

This board had some type of oil spilled on it. The computer was pretty coated. The board had no corrosion on it but had some oil on it. I ran it through the ultrasonic cleaner and it came out working fine except it doesn't recognize the SSD. Any ideas where to look with something like this? The SSD connector is attached on J9600 and has no visible damage to it or around it.

Ssd_clkreq_l = .09v
ssd_pwr_en_l = 0v
p3v3_s5 = 3.3v
pp3v3_s5_ssd_lb = 1.8v
ssd_boot_l = 0v
storage_en = 3.3v
ssd_reset_l = 3.3v
pp5v_s4 = 5.1v

I measured the wrong pad. ssd_boot_l is actually the one at 1.8v

Check for continuity on J9600.
It must have the same voltages on both sides (PCH and SSD), for all signals and power lines.

I did find that the voltage drop to ground on SSD_RESET_LB_L was slightly low compared to a good board. I replaced U8601 and it's measuring normal now. 3.3V also on that line. All pins on both sides of J9600 are measuring normally. I've also checked all SSD voltages. They're fine. Nothing visibly damaged in the area although it definitely got hit by the oil or whatever it was.

I'm about to let this one go. Anyone have any other possible directions to go with this?

SSD_CLKREQ_L is at .09V but I'm not sure where to check for a clock signal for the SSD.
