820-00239 R7075 still shorting to the ground after replacing it.

The R7075 was 67ohm which should be 4.7ohms ,with alcohol heat test show the r7075 is boiling , i replaced R7075 from the same donor board which i get now 5.1ohms which sound about right .
but this R7075 still boiling with the same test , PPDCIN only 5.2 pp3v3_g3h 0 volt . PPBUS_G3H 0 volt .
when check short to ground this Resistor still shorting . do i need to replace U7000 ?

Short on TBA_VDDA.
Check C7075 first, but pretty sure to be U7000.

Always check for short before power up a board.
No need voltage to find a short.
Now you must change R7075 again...
