820 00239 Touch Bar not functional

late 2016 Touch Bar....the danmed bar doest work. I don't have any idea where to check this look clean. where do I start?

Did you check any voltage on touchbar connectors (page 42)?
Webcam works?

hello...no history, no water damage.

I checked and there is voltage.

webcam works.

and I don't get the "critical update error" either...this is so weird

All voltages and reset signals good at J4401/02?
Check DFR_TOUCH_LID and DFR_TOUCH_PANEL_DETECT.
Also check all smal coils and resistors from that area.
