You are right, it should be like this, but in this case, when I leave only keyboard (and LCD) connected to board it doesn't start. I mean - on the amp meter I can see, that board is trying to start, it takes 0,8A for 5 seconds then it drops to 0,05A and it loops. If I disconnect keyboard - board starts, shows image, loads system. If I connect keyboard and trackpad together, board starts, shows Apple logo, loads system halfway and shuts down.
It behaves the same with internal LCD disconnected. With only keyboard connected, it triest to start, but shuts down after 5 seconds, with only trackpad connected it starts and boots normally, with both connected it starts, loads system halfway and restarts.
