820-00244-A no PPBUS_G3H

Hey Rossmann Team,

I have a Problem with 820-00244-A Logicboard.
I dindt have any sign of life. no current on USB-Ports.
So i decided to change the U3100.
Now i have a low current. (0.025A) for few seconds and then 0,0.

Cause the missing PPBUS_G3H i changed U7000

but it doesnt make any difference.

P_IN: 5,19V
SMC_RST_IN: 0 V
VDDA/P: 5 V
SMC_RST: 0.6 V
A/BMON: 0V

Remove F7040 and check C7043 voltage.

Do you get 3V3_G3H at least?

sadly no Voltage on 3V3_G3H.

The USB Flex is new, the old was brocken.
Sadly no.
A B2B customer sended it. I dont like when other guys worked on the Mainboard but the data is important.

Input voltage can't switch to 20V without 3V3_G3H.
SMC must talk with CD3215 chip and this voltage is required.
Post its diode mode to ground reading.

Well at least you have all diode readings of the U3100 now.
3V3_G3H have 360

Yeah, but I prefer to get the readings on the interesting lines; instead of looking of that screenshot.
Like the LDOs lines of U3100, for example.

You've posted some signals and voltage for U7000, but we need more; ACIN, VR_AON, ACOK, LDO_3/5P0.
If any missing, check it in diode mode too.

Looks like R7011 is bad; change it.

i have 1.23 V now. Maybe i measured wrong, cause C7022 has 5.19V. Whatever. Is there a list for what Voltages are important and what voltage i need ?

Check diode mode to ground at 3V3R3V0_AON; compare with good board.

The line is good i have 3V

Having 3V there doesn't assure all is good.
Lower diode mode reading than expected, may be caused by a bad component in that line.

okee the problem is i dont have good board to compare. What is the right value?
What about my missing 3V3 ? will a bad component in tzhat line cause this too ?

3V3_G3H is generated by U7000.
The chip may bad, or has bad solders.Just in case, check/replace R6990 and R/C6994.
Be sure all traces are good.

I thinked of that and replaced U7000.
I will make it tomorrow.
Sadly my customer will wait only until tomorrow i hope it will work.
