No liquid.

Replaced U3100 (CD3215).
Didn't help. Same behaviour still.

PPBUS_G3H: 8,19V

PP3V3_G3H: 3,3V

PP3V3R3V0_AON: 3,3V

Ideas?

Did you have same PPBUS_G3H voltage before replacing CD3215 chip?
Did you solder same code termination?

What about SMC_RESET_L, 3V3_S5/SUS?

Yes, I had the same PPBUS_G3H voltage also prior to changing the CD3215.

The original was CD3215B01,

replaced it with ..B03.

SMC_RESET_L: 3,3V

3V3_S5 etc: 0V.

Enable pin 21 of U7650 is at 0,8V...

No idea if B01 is compatible with B03; maybe someone else can confirm that.

You could have a problem with SMC.
Check first for short on big coils.
Post SMC_PM_G2_EN voltage.

SMC_BC_ACOK: 3,3V

PP3V3_S5_SMC_VDDA: 3,3V

PP3V0_S5_AVREF_SMC: 3V

PP1V2_S5_SMC_VDDC: 1,2V

Would this mean that the SMC is faulty? Is that normal on these boards?

Voltages look OK, but cannot discard SMC.

Check PP3V3_PMICLDO, PP1V25_PMICVREF, PP5V_G3H.
If no volt, check diode mode to ground.
U7800 is suspect too...

Pp3v3_pmicldo: 3,3v

pp1v25_pmicvref: 1,2v

pp5v_g3h: 4,999v

EDIT: Tried another battery with (maybe) some juice left.

DC-in 20V, but doesn't charge.
Would this tell us that the SMC would be good after all?
What about U7000?

I actually wrote, that it doesn't charge with the other battery...
And obviously not with the original either.

It seems that a battery with juice is powering something to enable 20V for DC-in...

Machine doesn't need a battery to get 20V from charger.
It can works with only 5V from USB port, available from other device (not charger).
SMC must talk with anything connected to USB port to recognize what is.
Looks like charger is not properly recognized in your case; because of charger, SMC, or other internal issue.
Did you try another charger?
