820-00244: No booting up

I have this board that doesn't seem to boot up. PM_PCH_PWROK is 3.3 so is PP5V_S0 @ 5. I've connected external display with no output and the board is warm to the touch after a few minutes. The battery also charges.

Any suggestions on what to check next?

Check if you get VCORE and voltage on other coils too.
You know, A1534 are known for CPU dying very easy.
Be aware of losing time...
